Services Offered:

OFA Eye Exam Dr. Bowersox (we are using the OFA online procedure – click link for instructions) OFA-Online-eye-exam-process 26

Cardiac Exams – Dr. Megan King VMD, Diplomate ACVIM (Cardiology) – Echocardiogram & Auscultation exams

PLEASE NOTE THAT AUSCULTATION EXAMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE ECHOCARDIOGRAM SO THERE IS NO NEED TO ORDER BOTH TESTS IF YOU ARE ORDERING AN ECHOCARDIOGRAM.

Bloodwork – Distemper Parvo Titers, Heartworm Antigen, Heartworm and Tick Panel (Lyme, Ehrlichia and Anaplasma), Superchem w/CBC, Total Body Function (Superchem, CBC and Total T4), OFA Thyroid Panel (see document for instructions –  OFA Thyroid Form)

Vaccines – Distemper/Parvo, Leptospirosis, Bordatella, Rabies  (Reminder that if your dog doesn’t have a current Leptospirosis vaccine, this is a two part vaccine and you will need to get the second shot at your own vet)

Microchips – Fi Nano chips will be used

CGC/CGCA/Novice Trick Testing – limited to 10 total

You must complete a separate registration for each pet attending the event.

Appointment times will be emailed to the address provided in your registration after registration have closed on February 7th at 6 pm.
